Aaron MacDonald
Case Manager
Aaron is a case manager at MH², where he supports patient care and coordination as part of a science-driven, root-cause-focused clinical team. He also serves as a research assistant in the Metabolic and Mental Health Program at McLean Hospital, where he co-authored the first case series on the ketogenic diet as a therapeutic intervention for obsessive-compulsive disorder with Dr. Chris Palmer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Clemson University. His experience bridges clinical work and the application of metabolic principles to support patient recovery. Aaron was drawn to MH² by its commitment to identifying the metabolic root causes of chronic conditions and transforming how mental and physical health are treated.
