Erica Champney is a seasoned healthcare leader with over two decades of experience in clinical operations, team development, and organizational management. As Practice Manager at MH², she oversees day-to-day operations, supports multidisciplinary teams, and helps implement innovative, patient-centered systems that align with the clinic’s mission to integrate mental and metabolic health. Erica holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Regis College and brings a track record of success across diverse healthcare settings—from large medical groups to private practices and specialty care programs. Her leadership has included launching new clinics, developing clinician training programs, and leading performance improvement initiatives that enhanced patient access and satisfaction.

Prior to joining MH², Erica served as Associate Director of Cardiology for Optum Massachusetts, where she managed a large team of clinicians and staff, contributed to strategic planning and budgeting, and helped expand cardiac transitional care programs. Deeply committed to healthcare equity and excellence, Erica also serves on employee charity and diversity & inclusion committees. At MH², she plays a central role in building a culture of collaboration, compassion, and continuous improvement.
