Getting Started:

We offer three flexible models to meet your goals and your budget.

Choose option 1, 2, or 3

Choose option 1, 2, or 3

1. Individual Appointments

Individual appointments offer flexible, expert support tailored to your goals and preferences. Whether you’re seeking help with a specific issue or exploring integrative care at your own pace, our clinicians are here to help.

Psychiatric consultations (diagnostic and symptom evaluations, medication management, integrative treatment planning)
Psychotherapy & group therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, MBT, trauma-informed care)
Dietitian appointments (nutritional assessments, ketogenic therapies, elimination diets)
Coaching & lifestyle guidance (nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management)

This option allows for flexible, personalized support while still benefiting from our expertise in integrating mental and metabolic health care.

2. Team-Based Packages

We provide multidisciplinary, team-based care that fully integrates mental and metabolic health care into a cohesive “health home.”

Our expert teams include psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, counselors, occupational therapists, dietitians, and health coaches working together to deliver seamless, coordinated care tailored to your needs.

Comprehensive Mental and Metabolic Health Assessments

Our assessments go beyond standard psychiatric evaluations to assess mental health, metabolic health, substance use, diet, fitness, and environmental exposures looking for the root causes of health challenges.

  • Detailed psychiatric and substance use diagnostic assessments and treatment response analysis
  • Psychological, social, and cognitive assessments
  • Metabolic health biomarkers (DXA scans, glucose regulation, inflammation, mitochondrial function, and more)
  • Nutritional status and gut health
  • Hormonal and neurological factors
  • Lifestyle and environmental contributors

3. Intensive Recovery Programs

Foundations for Recovery

Our Foundations for Recovery program is a structured, three-month experience designed for individuals with complex or treatment-resistant mental health conditions. By combining expert psychiatric care, metabolic therapies, individual and group psychotherapies, and structured support, this program provides the foundation for lasting healing.

This program includes:

  • Advanced Assessement – Our comprehensive evaluation of your mental health, metabolic health, dietary habits, fitness levels, and biomarkers

Consultations may be conducted by individual clinicians or through a coordinated, team-based approach—depending on the complexity of your case and your goals. We work with individuals, families, and clinicians to provide insights and recommendations grounded in cutting-edge science and clinical experience at the intersection of mental and metabolic health.

Ketogenic Therapy Consultation Team Packages

3-Month Program

A medically supervised program for individuals who already have a psychiatrist or therapist and want to integrate ketogenic therapy into their mental health treatment plan.

Ketogenic therapy is a powerful metabolic intervention that can benefit individuals with serious mental health and metabolic conditions—but it must be implemented with clinical oversight. This structured, 3-month program is designed to ensure safety, effectiveness, and long-term success. It goes far beyond general advice found online, offering tailored, professional support from a multidisciplinary team.

This program includes:

  • Regular consultations with a psychiatric nurse practitioner (Up to 10 visits)
  • Support from a dietitian and health coach
  • Weekly group sessions focused on implementation, education, and peer support
  • Initial lab work and a DXA scan
  • Comprehensive educational resources

After the 3-month program, participants can continue working with any members of the team as needed.

Note: Participants must have their own mental health clinician available for emergencies.

For Out-Of-State and International Patients

If you’re unable to travel to Massachusetts, we can still support you—through your local clinician.

While our clinicians cannot provide direct treatment to individuals in states or countries where they are not licensed, we can consult with your licensed healthcare provider to support your care. Whether you are looking to maintain treatment initiated at MH2 or begin a new intervention such as ketogenic therapy, our team is available to collaborate with your primary psychiatrist, physician, or therapist.

Through professional-to-professional consultation, we provide:

  • Expert guidance on metabolic and psychiatric treatment strategies
  • Education on implementing evidence-based interventions, including ketogenic therapy
  • Support in navigating complex clinical decisions

This collaborative model allows you to benefit from our team’s expertise while receiving care locally, from providers who know you best.

Important Notes

  • Location: Our clinicians are currently only licensed in Massachusetts (MA). Patients must reside in MA or travel to MA to receive treatment. We offer in-person appointments at our Wellesley, MA, office location and virtual appointments to patients throughout MA.
