Dr. Jacob is a clinical psychologist with over two decades of experience specializing in the treatment of complex personality disorders, including borderline and narcissistic personality disorders. She serves as the Program Director at the Gunderson Residence at McLean Hospital and is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School. Her clinical work integrates evidence-based modalities such as DBT, MBT, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Dr. Jacob was drawn to MH² by its commitment to exploring the metabolic and root-cause contributors to chronic psychiatric conditions. She is particularly interested in how nutritional, neurobiological, and psychological factors converge to shape long-term emotional health and resilience.
