Psychiatry at MH²

Redefining Mental Health Care

At MH², psychiatry is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: mental health cannot be separated from metabolic health. We integrate decades of psychiatric expertise with cutting-edge metabolic therapeutics to move beyond symptom reduction and support genuine, lasting recovery.

Our approach is designed to optimize brain function, strengthen resilience, and address root causes—not just manage diagnoses. Whether you’re experiencing mild symptoms or navigating treatment-resistant illness, we deliver the right care at the right time, with a long-term commitment to your well-being.

Our psychiatric care model includes:

  • Evidence-based psychiatric and psychosocial treatments

  • Precision psychopharmacology and responsible deprescribing

  • Integration of metabolic interventions when clinically appropriate

  • Collaborative, team-based care tailored to complexity

  • Support for both rapid stabilization and sustainable long-term progress

MH² clinicians work with you every step of the way—through recovery, maintenance, and ongoing transformation.
