As needs change, monthly care plans can be adjusted and customized to ensure the right level of care at the right time. For those who have achieved their desired results, we offer maintenance plans with infrequent check-ins to provide ongoing support as needed.

While our multidisciplinary teams provide standard dietary and nutritional guidance, some individuals may require more intensive support when adopting ketogenic therapy or elimination diets. Because the early months of these interventions can be particularly demanding, we offer a Ketogenic Initiation Package, as well as Individual Dietitian Consultations

Which Plan Is Right for Me?

Choosing the right level of support depends on the intensity of your symptoms, the stability of your daily routines, and how much structure you need to make progress. Our intake team will help guide you, but here’s a general overview:

The Wellness Plan is a good fit if you’re experiencing mild to moderate symptoms, have some consistency in your daily life, and want steady guidance without a heavy weekly schedule. It provides enough support to keep you moving forward while giving you flexibility and independence.

The Enhanced Care Plan is ideal if your symptoms are more complex or you’re navigating moderate-to-severe challenges that require regular check-ins with multiple providers. This plan offers a balanced rhythm—more structured than Wellness, but not as intensive as Full Support.

The Full Support Plan is designed for individuals with chronic or severe conditions who need a high level of weekly contact, accountability, and therapeutic structure. If you’re looking for significant change, more rapid stabilization, or a predictable weekly cadence, this is often the best fit.

If you’re unsure where to start, our team will guide you during the intake and assessment process to ensure you’re matched with the plan that supports your needs and goals.
