Neurocognitive Coaching
MH² offers individualized Neurocognitive Coaching designed to optimize attention, concentration, planning, organization, and related executive functioning skills. This structured, one-on-one coaching approach supports individuals seeking to enhance cognitive performance in academic, professional, or personal settings.
Neurocognitive coaching is comparable to executive coaching, with a specific focus on strengthening core cognitive capacities that influence productivity, follow-through, and goal attainment.
Services begin with a comprehensive 60-minute intake session to assess strengths, challenges, and goals. Ongoing 50-minute follow-up sessions provide targeted skill development, strategy implementation, and measurable progress tracking. Coaching typically begins with a six-session package consisting of one intake and five follow-up sessions.
