Lauren Silva

Case Manager

           Lauren Silva graduated from Brandeis University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English and a minor in Anthropology. During her time at Brandeis, she assisted in research on the link between voice data and cognitive decline, as well as sadism and disgust sensitivity. She has worked in various clinical settings, including an intensive residential treatment program serving youth with serious mental illness and in-home care as a life skills coach.

           Lauren was drawn to working at MH² because of its holistic approach in addressing various mental health conditions. She is interested in the interplay between metabolism and mental illness and how to incorporate lifestyle changes with mental health treatment. Lauren is driven to help individuals address the root cause of disease and work towards maintaining a fulfilling life.
