Nicole has been a Licensed and Registered Occupational Therapist for over twenty-five years. Her work to restore health for adults and children with physical and mental health chronic conditions has been practiced in the community, client homes, and inpatient rehabilitation facilities in both New York and Massachusetts. She earned a Certified Life Coach certification to help clients address life purpose through meaningful activities, followed by a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management.

Nicole’s specialties lie in program development, leadership, clinical assessment, goal setting, compassionate care, life skills, cognitive strategies, and the promotion of resilience for lasting lifestyle changes. In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, Nicole supports client needs such as: physical activity, meal preparation, home management and safety, stress reduction, environmental adaptation, sleep, social skills, and community engagement.

Dr. Chris Palmer’s extensive work for lasting recovery, integrating metabolism and the interconnection between physical and mental health, aligns with Nicole’s whole-person treatment approach. She enthusiastically supports the vision of MH².
