Phoebe Rodgers serves as a Case Manager and Researcher at MH², where she helps patients integrate personalized diet, exercise, and therapeutic strategies into their daily lives to achieve lasting health and life goals. With certifications as a Wilderness First Responder (WFR) and Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT), Phoebe is equipped to respond to a wide range of situations with skill and composure.
Her background in neuroscience and nutrition research, cultivated during her studies at Kenyon College, informs her holistic and evidence-based approach to care. Phoebe’s passion for integrative health was first inspired by her volunteer work at a rural community hospital in Ohio, where she saw firsthand the power of addressing the root causes of mental and metabolic health issues. She is particularly interested in the therapeutic potential of ketogenic and lifestyle-based interventions as part of a comprehensive approach to healing and wellness.
