We’re excited to announce the MH² Patient Access Scholarship Fund, created to help reduce financial barriers to care for individuals who otherwise could not access our integrated mental + metabolic treatment model.

Application takes about 10-15 minutes

The MH² Patient Access Scholarship Fund is made possible through the generous support of the Baszucki Group. We are deeply grateful for their partnership in helping expand access to integrated metabolic and mental health care.

The scholarship provides partial financial assistance for core outpatient services, including psychiatric care, therapy, health coaching, dietetic services, and group treatment within our integrated care model. While scholarships do not fully cover treatment costs, they significantly reduce them through a sliding-scale patient contribution based on household income. Co-pays can be as little as $3 per session for qualified individuals.

Scholarship awards are limited and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

If you believe you qualify, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

The application typically takes about 10–15 minutes and includes questions about:

  • Household income
  • Financial situation
  • Your mental health care needs
  • Your readiness to participate in treatment

If selected, additional documentation may be requested as part of the review process.

You may be eligible if you:
  • Are 18 years or older
  • Have a household income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (e.g., less than $58,320 for a single person or $78,880 for a two-person household)
  • Have limited financial assets or outside support
  • Are clinically appropriate for outpatient care
  • Are able to participate consistently in treatment
  • Reside in Massachusetts, Vermont, or Florida during care

Scholarships are time-limited (up to one year) and dependent on engagement and funding availability.
