Tiffany Mikulis earned her degree in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from Haverford College. She brings hands-on experience in EEG brainwave analysis, food sensitivity testing, and investigating the connections between mental and metabolic health. Her background includes working alongside mental health occupational therapists and conducting collegiate research on the impact of environmental factors—such as mold exposure and pollution—on brain function and behavior.

Tiffany’s personal journey with Celiac disease, mold toxicity, and chronic Lyme disease—and their profound effects on her mental health—led her to MH². These experiences sparked a deep passion for integrative wellness and a commitment to identifying the root causes of chronic psychological conditions through the lens of metabolic dysfunction.
