Garrison Grant holds a Master of Public Health from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Siena College. Since 2017, he has shared his personal journey of turning illness into wellness to promote mental health awareness and recovery-oriented communication. Through his platform Let’s Chat About It, Garrison’s videos, podcast, blog, and speaking engagements have reached over 200,000 people.

He is a recipient of an anti-stigma grant from the New York State Office of Mental Health and has completed entrepreneurship programs through the National Science Foundation (NSF), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Air Force Research Lab. Before joining MH², Garrison served as a lead behavioral health specialist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s inpatient psychiatric hospital, working on the acute psychosis unit.

Garrison credits his own healing to the same metabolic and lifestyle principles championed at MH². When he discovered Dr. Palmer’s work, he knew he wanted to help amplify this message of hope and transformation.
