Women's Mental & Metabolic Health Program
At MH², we care for women’s mental health and metabolic health together. Many women are managing mood, anxiety, stress, or low energy — often alongside changes in weight, metabolism, or related health concerns. Our psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, dietitians, and health coaches work as one team to treat the whole person, informed by the science connecting brain and metabolic health.
This Program Is Ideal For Women With Any of the Following:
- Mental health struggles — mood, anxiety, stress, or trauma
- Weight or metabolic concerns — diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc.
- A desire for integrated mental and metabolic care
- Goals around improving sleep, energy, focus, motivation, or resilience
- A need for practical tools to use right away
- Symptoms related to reproductive hormones, pregnancy, postpartum, PCOS, perimenopause, menopause

Why a Whole-Woman Approach?
Mental health and metabolic health are deeply connected — and treating them separately can leave you stuck. When mood, anxiety, or stress show up, they can impact your weight, energy, and metabolism — and vice versa: struggling with your weight can bring on mood, anxiety, and energy symptoms. Integrating that care helps you make progress on both. Our psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, therapists, dietitian, and health coaches work as one team, with on-site DXA and metabolic testing available.
