Aurora Program
Our most intensive care — in-home, community, and clinic-based support 3–6 days a week.
Learn moreOur most intensive outpatient treatment program, designed for individuals with severe or complex mental health conditions who require comprehensive support beyond traditional outpatient care. Through frequent in-home, community-based, and clinic-based services delivered across our multidisciplinary team, Aurora provides intensive treatment, skill building, care coordination, and family support. Our goal is to promote recovery while supporting individuals in remaining safely in their homes and communities.

A structured intensive outpatient program with coordinated psychiatry, therapy, nutrition, and groups.
Learn moreA structured, multidisciplinary intensive outpatient treatment program for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient care but do not require the intensity of the Aurora Program. Through coordinated psychiatry, psychotherapy, nutrition, health coaching, and group-based interventions, Foundations for Recovery helps individuals build the knowledge, skills, confidence, and healthy routines needed for lasting recovery.

Psychiatric Evaluation
A 60-minute psychiatric evaluation for consultation, diagnostic clarification, medication management, or personalized treatment recommendations.

Ketogenic Therapy Assessment
A focused evaluation to determine whether medically supervised ketogenic therapy is an appropriate and safe treatment option for you.
What's included
- Psychiatric evaluation by a psychiatric nurse practitioner (60 min)
- Ketogenic therapy and nutrition assessment by a registered dietitian (60 min)
- Standard biometrics (height, weight, blood pressure)
- Laboratory testing, including ketogenic-specific biomarkers
