Our most intensive outpatient treatment program, designed for individuals with severe or complex mental health conditions who require comprehensive support beyond traditional outpatient care. Through frequent in-home, community-based, and clinic-based services delivered across our multidisciplinary team, Aurora provides intensive treatment, skill building, care coordination, and family support. Our goal is to promote recovery while supporting individuals in remaining safely in their homes and communities.

Summary

A structured, multidisciplinary intensive outpatient treatment program for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient care but do not require the intensity of the Aurora Program. Through coordinated psychiatry, psychotherapy, nutrition, health coaching, and group-based interventions, Foundations for Recovery helps individuals build the knowledge, skills, confidence, and healthy routines needed for lasting recovery.
