Advanced Assessment
The Advanced Assessment is our most in-depth diagnostic experience. It begins with extensive pre-visit questionnaires and includes our advanced lab panel, and additional time with our clinical team. Patients spend two to three days in the clinic meeting with each member of our multidisciplinary care team—psychiatry, therapy, dietetics, health coaching, and medical evaluations. This process allows us to explore the “why” behind symptoms, gathering a full picture of mental health, metabolic health, psychological patterns, lifestyle routines, cognitive functioning, social environment, and physical biomarkers.
Family input is also included to ensure we understand the patient within their real-world context.
What to Expect During Your Assessment
During your assessment, you will meet individually with each member of our multidisciplinary team for in-depth evaluations. Together, we explore the root causes behind your symptoms and gather a comprehensive picture of your mental, metabolic, and lifestyle health.
This immersive experience is designed for individuals seeking a deep, root-cause-focused understanding of their symptoms or for those with complex, longstanding conditions.
Your assessment includes expanded biomarker testing, a physical exam, cognitive testing, and a fitness and movement assessment. Our team integrates all findings in a multidisciplinary case conference to develop your personalized treatment recommendation.
