Casey Korman, OTS

Occupational Therapy Doctoral Student

Casey Korman is an Occupational Therapy Doctoral Student at Boston University’s Sargent College, and holds a B.S. degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. She brings clinical experience working with adults facing serious mental illness and complex neurodevelopmental needs across inpatient, community mental health, and school-based settings. Casey has experience co-facilitating a psychoeducational group on dating, relationships, and communication skills. She has also delivered trauma-informed, occupation-based interventions targeting emotional regulation, cognitive organization, and functional independence, focusing on mindfulness and sensory strategies to support engagement.

Casey was drawn to MH² for its whole-person, root-cause approach to care, and is especially inspired by treating the mind and body as one interconnected system. This holistic perspective stems from her belief that lasting well-being depends on addressing the full scope of a person’s physical, emotional, mental, and environmental health, rather than treating symptoms in isolation.
